How to use

Step 1 – Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete surface thoroughly. Remove dust, oil, and loose materials, and ensure the floor is clean, dry, and solid.

Step 2 – Apply Primer
Mix the epoxy primer evenly and apply it to the floor using a roller or brush. Allow the primer to dry completely to strengthen the substrate and improve adhesion.

Step 3 – Apply Colored Sand Self-Leveling Layer
After the primer has dried, mix the colored sand self-leveling material with the curing agent thoroughly.
Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread it evenly with a trowel. Then use a spiked or defoaming roller to remove air bubbles and ensure a smooth surface.

Step 4 – Curing
Let the floor cure naturally. Under a temperature of about 15°C and humidity of around 70%, the drying time is approximately 12–24 hours.

Step 5 – Ready for Use
After complete curing, the epoxy floor coating forms a durable, high-gloss marble effect surface and can be put into use.

Painting area: 1.6-1.8 kg / square.
Storage: Sealed for 1 year.
